The experience could have been better. I came during a lunch hour. So I went over because they are one of the few stores that I love the sizing with. I walked in and the girl that was folding at the front didn't both saying hi to me... but happily said hi to the teenage little girl behind me. The girls at the register rolled their eyes and they were completely unhelpful. I managed to at least get a "Thank you have a nice day" out of one of the girls after I made my transaction and walked out. I refuse to go to this Forever 21 because the customer service completely lacks and they are bias of their customers.
