I am so disjointedness at this sweeper shop.
we drove all the way from Michigan to get our hoover vacuum fixed under warranty.
They were very clear that they do hoover warranty but low and behold i get there an i get turn away to another shop.

False advertising fooled me once not twice

I purchased a remanufactured Sweeper two weeks ago, FABULOUS! Well worth the money. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable!

I was turnt away from another shop because they were tying to charge me to even check out my vacuum. i went to Maumee sweeper center and they checked it out and fixed it in no time. they didn't charge me because it was only plugged and the owner even walked it out to my car for me. this shop is legit and the owner is sexy.

Became a customer over a year ago and had nothing but great service. They are reasonably priced, quick at repairs and provided great advice.

Class act Vac shop from the clean sales floor to the customer service! Went to a couple different shops to decide on which brand to purchase and ended up at Maumee Sweeper Center! Loved the knowledge of the machine and service I was provided with. Love my new Miele Callisto and will be back for bags and service again and again!

I actually was looking up the address to Maumee Sweeper Center to send a Christmas card thanking them for the wonderful service they have performed for me for the last 5 - 6 years and saw they had a bad review...this is extremely shocking to me! I have never had bad customer service! I own a cleaning business in the area and have purchased all of my Panasonic vacs and a Dyson from them. They have bent over backwards for me in many cases to make sure I can keep my business up and running! I cant imagine them doing any of the above things unless it truly was out of their control with parts from the company directly. I am a very satisfied returning customer and will continue to do so!
