Love this facility and the people! Hours are good,
I don't usually have much of a wait. Clean place and nice decor also

I had the same issue that the previous reviewer talks about. I went tanning for 15 minutes the last time I went, so this time they wouldn't let me go for 20 minutes?? I had gone for 15 because of a time constraint previously. This has happened multiple times since being a member and it's ridiculous as I have been tanning for many years and I am a monthly member. Not renewing my package once it expires...

I have been tanning here for over a year now, and every trip I have made there was exceptional... Until today. I walked in and told the girl at the counter I wanted to do a stand up for full time, her response "booth 9 just got new bulbs, do you wanna go for 10 mins instead of 12?" I said no thank you I will go for full time only for her response to be "we'll do 10." I said no thank you I will do 12... Long story short I timed it on my phone and she put me in for 10. Extremely upset and annoyed with my visit today.

Funny how you pay for the most expensive bed which is $45.00 monthly and when you go to use it, its NEVER Available! Wonder if they will invest in other bed???
