I love this place compared to the rundown apartments at quail ridge down the road which all of them are run by a slumlord.

Tracy is very kind, she keeps the property clean and run properly. The buildings are decent. Hallways are wide open and spacious with lots of light coming in.

They have a great pool that is beautiful at night with the lights on in the water.

The only downside and its not really one is maintenance work could be a pain to wait for as they do need help but Tracy feels they have it under control, I personally don't think they do and a simple fix takes a week. To be fair I do not allow maintenance in when I'm out of the apartment so they are limited to when they can get to me but baying that there was no issue at previous apartments and we had the same rule that maintenance is only allowed inside when I am home.so if you don't mind about maintenance guys being home when your not home for-repairs then your repairs will be much quicker.

Central air does not reach the bedroom as much as it could. And that is all. I love it here for the moment. It's so nicer and then the other places just down the road.
