I received a statement in the mail that looked like a break down of what my insurance has paid to date and nothing like a due date, minimum amount due, no invoice number and nothing to detach and send in with payment . After I received a second statement I went to there office to ask about it and was told that was there bill so I made a payment. I got a call from them when my account hit the 90 days mark telling me if I dont set up a payment plan where they charge my credit card they can not guarantee me i will not be sent to a collection agency even if I continue to make regular payments. I just feel like there accounting department could make things more clear and not threaten collections after only 90 days.

The thought of spending the night in a strange place can be a little scary, but not at the Sleep Center. I was greeted warmly and shown to a bery pretty bedroom that looked more like home than a medical facility. Pretty quilted bedspreads, night stands and a rocker recliner just for me.

There is also a kitchen area with snacks, and a microwave and fridge if you wanted to bring your own food.

There is a small area with recliners, magazines and a tv, where you can relax until you are ready for sleep.

The staff was great and made sure every question was answered and everything was explained. An A+++ nice clean facility !!
