Horrible service, horrible employees, RUDE.

Stay away and save yourself the aggravation.

Retire and bring in helpful people.

The counter workers are rude, nasty and slothful. Stand and talk to each other while the line is almost out the door. I always try to go to the Holland branch, much nicer experience.

Very Bad, Would do zero stars if possible.

This post office is awful. I called to ask if they could hold a package for pickup since it was already a day late and I wanted to get it as soon as possible, and the postmaster REFUSED to do it for me on the basis that me standing at the counter being handed a package takes away from revenue they could be earning from the people waiting behind me in line. When I asked what about the revenue they'd be losing when I come down there to stand at the counter and formally complain, she told me if I did that she'd have the cops waiting for me there to arrest me. Some customer service.

Do not go here! I am going to start going to a different PO. The two women workers I see there all the time are so very rude and always talk with a tone. One of the women workers offered me scotch tape(a joke!) so I ended being charged me for shipping tape and stickers when i was still using priority shipping. It wasn't until recently a male worker told me I never had to buy tape cause i was shipping priority and that they supply the tape. Thanks rude lady! I have been going here for two month now shipping my stuff and its the same two women who never cease to be rude or ignore you if you have questions.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude, uncooperative, and make the experience their miserable. No wonder they are going out of buisness.

The staff is always really nasty with customers. Their tone of voice, and attitude is persistent every time I go there. Its not appreciated and they treat people like idiot's.
