I was told to not leave stuff i wanna give away next to the garbage bin or else. what does that even mean? Guy was way overly rude and threatened me, wow lame. The office ladies are really nice, but there workers are really mean. There lucky i did not file a police report on the guy. Sense he did threaten me.

THEY LIKE TO EVICT!!!! Rent is due the 1st - 4th. If your rent is not paid on the 4th by the close of business you will have an EVICTION notice on your door by the time you get off work! I was told for several months that an issue was approved to be fixed. When it came time to fix it, there was an excuse, then another, then another. A neighbor told me that he had lived in these apartments since 2008, and this particular problem had always been an issue, and will probably NEVER be corrected. The thought of me living there with that condition, was NOT going to fly with me. Therefore, I decided to take a stand. I made a call to the Department of Health. Within the next month the problem was corrected. I have mixed reviews on this place. At first, I loved them, but it just seems like as the months go by, I just count the days to leave... Just remember the saying "All that glitters, isn’t Gold." They suck you in, and then spit you out!

THE APARTMENT HAD ROACHES, THE MAINTENTANCE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND THEY NEVER WANT TO FIX ANYTHING. THE NEW MANAGER, I THNK HER NAME CHERYL IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY. THIS COMPANY DOESNT LIKE TO KEEP THE PROPERTY CLEAN. I HAD PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEMS PLUS I HAD TO CONTACT CORPORATE BC APT MGR WAS HARASSING ME, THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND STUPID AND I WLDNT NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIFTHY PROPERTY, JUST SAD PLUS THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN.
