GRACIOUS ADULT LIVING RESIDENCES; 24 HOUR LOVING CARE; SECURE MEMORY CARE UNIT; NEWLY RENOVATED ROOMS; FULLY LICENSED, TRAINED, AND DEDICATED NURSING STAFF.

For many years, Dutch Haven Assisted Living has made a name for itself in the Shenandoah Valley as a preferred choice for affordable, high quality, and personalized assisted living care.  Our dedication to our residents has led us to expand our services to include a new, secure memory care unit.

The new Morning Glory program at Dutch Haven is dedicated to providing the very best in memory care.  By creating a caring, secure and supportive environment, we can improve the quality of a resident's daily life.

Dutch Haven has been locally owned and operated since 1991.  The owners are a psychiatrist and clinical psychologist.  Both have many years experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.

Morning Glory offers sensory stimulation activities, interactive therapies, and memory enhancement therapies.  Morning Glory is limited to only 11 residents, so close relationships can be easily nurtured between our residents, their families, and our caregivers.  Each resident's room is attractively designed.  We work closely with our residents to make sure they feel right at home.
