We paid for 3 months up front after moving to Laurinburg. We only got 3 weeks of service before having to go back to Michigan, which led to a 3 month stay due to illness. I contacted Jimmy at All Points Waste to tell him to suspend our service until we got back. After getting back, I contacted him to start our service again and was asked how I'd like to pay for the next 3 months. I told him they owe us 2 months of service we'd already paid for. He said he had no record of that, end of subject. We will never use their service again. I contacted the home base company, who never got back to me. Customer services is non existent.
