just too let all of the loyal customers of 51 know... the reason for the closing of a very successful restaurant such as 51 main was caused by my sick business partner bill cunninghams illeagal withdraws from 51 bank accounts adding up to 220000 dollars in a months time. it all started when we were both closing the restaurant together on a Friday night when I knew bill had too much to drink nothing new..until he came on strong too me when I told him too get away from me he lost his mind

My first visit was fabulous had the Haddock dish. Service and food were very good. Second visit, fabulous service. The food not so good...did the chef leave? They served a caesar salad swimming in Italian dressing not even caesar dressing? The pasta dishes were tasteless. We won't be going back.

What a charming place to spend an evening! My wife and I truly enjoyed our second experience at 51. From the wine, to the desert everything was just fabulous. The chef and owner stopped by our table to say hello and to make sure we we're enjoying ourselves. What a find.

Charming place to dine with a great wine selection and an unbelievable menu ranging from perfectly cooked steaks to melt in your mouth salmon. You won't go wrong here!
