I lived there. First of all if you know about Atlantic County like I learned it is low class by this complex. The Woodlands a known ghetto is right next door. The parking lot was dark for months and months which made it pitch and I told them at the Hamilton Greene I was having someon lurking around my door and home. They don't care 9as long as the rent is paid your safety is of no concern). The have a fake watchman's shack as you pull into the complex-No one checks the people entering. I was robbed the day I moved out by a neighbor I believe. LOW CLASS and if you know pleasantville and Mays Landing you know it is not know for its beauty. Alot of crime here-I lived many places and never had problems ever until Hamilton Greene. I had my things that were taken since I was a little girl and leave it to this place stolen. Stay away not safe for single people. Who know who's doing what there. Place looks okay apartments are nice and maintance is good but looks are deceiving. Creepy crawlers lurk in there..i promise you that
