I'm happy with everything I've ever had done there

I've been going to the salon for years but recently they have become extremely careless. After walking into the quiet salon I wasn't greeted and was told to go to the back for waxing. The woman came back and directed me to lay down she immediately slabbed the scolding wax onto my eyebrows. I could have scream in pain due to the heat of the wax. My eyebrows look great but I now have 3 large burns around my eyes. The pain is so intense, It hurts to preform simple things like blinking from the tugging of the burn. Beware of hot wax..
