Upsettingly unprofessional behavior and a level of arrogance that is not unexpected but yet to be refined. Poor bedside manner consistent with storming out on patients and slamming doors. Screaming while newborns are in the room, etc. I have never seen treatment like this. I'm sure meadow view medical supervision will handle it but you never know..
