IFG is hands down the best equipped gym in the area. Full weight room downstairs with power racks, benches, cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc... Upstairs is devoted to combat arts, large mat area, boxing ring, and plenty of heavy bags. Top notch Catch as Catch Wrestling instruction is available with two coaches who have trained with the illustrious Billy Robinson. IFG and their coaches have consistently produced grappling medalists and successful mma fighters. Hands down it's a no nonsense place to train. Ignore the haters and give the place a chance, everyone is welcome.
