I have had 4 dogs that were patients at this vet and now a cat. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. When i have any issues with them I call out explain what’s going on and have been taken care of promptly. I did see a bad review and am very sorry for your loss. But I do know that not every situation can be solved and not all demise can be avoided no matter who is there to help. With that said, I can attest that they do the best they can with each and every animal that comes in. For that, I am thankful for the staff and the way they take care of my animals. WT

My family and I have spent a bunch of money at this place! But when We needed them the most they were not there for my beloved Bassett hound ZOEY! She got very sick in the middle of the night and we called them numerous times and left several messages with no reply from them at all. We had to drive her to northern kentucky for treatment and she wound up passing away that morning. They did not have the decency to even return our calls the next day. The trip was very hard on our dog and she barely made it there. These people have no compassion for animals all they want is your money. This place makes me absolutely sick at the way they have treated us during our dogs time of need. I will be finding a new vet after going here for years. So if you want a vet that will be there in your time of need I suggest you find someone else.
