Wonderful place.The staff and management is amazing.Apartnment are clean.Property view/landscape is a beautiful sight to see.

Bad management & they never answer tenant's calls. My clothes got stolen twice form the laundry room, reported the police, called management however nothing really changed. Poor custodial staff. However they are very diligent with collecting payments.. Not recommended..

You'd rather live on the streets than in this apartment.



Harsh as that sounds, throughout my entire experience with Essex Gardens, I was on the verge of moving out onto the streets than dealing with their office. Rental prices are pretty good, location is not so bad, conditions of the apartment are pretty clean.



But the treatment I get whenever I had a question, concern, or a problem was horrendous and outright rude and unforgivable. They talked to me as if I were mentally challenged and did not speak English (Obviously, I do.) They were very condescending and whenever there was a problem, instead of answering my question, they would reply, "You should have done this" or "You should have already known." As if it were entirely my fault. Of course, I am not avoiding any kind of blame. But as the main office who are in the BUSINESS of dealing with tenants, would it have killed them to be a bit more helpful, a tad bit more understanding, and a bit more accommodating??



If you rent with this location, everything will be your fault. and you will be expected to pay for everything. The low costs of the apartment doesn't seem so low after all.



All the perks of this apartment does not makeup for the overall experience I had with their people. I'd tell any future renters to STAY AWAY. If I could have given them a negative star, I would have given them -5 Stars.
