It's hard to find the right words when it comes to compassion about your loved ones. Dr's. Mitchell and Boyd have shown more compassion about the well being of our animals than anyone we have ever used as a vet. It's especially notable Dr. Mitchell and his entire staff and volunteers get to know the patient, and the parents as well. They have virtually saved the life of Princess Sandi Klaws, more than once. She has serious issues, and we were afraid we would lose her. Dr. Mitchell said we would not let that happen, and although it has been a long road of 9 months or more, we are seeing progress. We would never have been able to afford her care to this extent had it not been for the kindness and graciousness of the entire clinic staff and Dr.s Trust, Compassion, Concern, Kindness, and so many more attributes can only try to describe how much we have gained knowing these folks and having them become part of our family as our Sandi has become a near-resident at the clinic. She exudes happiness when she is there. Very few dogs have this feeling, but everyone there loves here and she knows it.
Thank you all for everything you have done and the superb care you have shown for our family.

i've been taking my dogs to dr mitchell for the past decade.... the man has a heart of gold....he always takes time to love on whatever animal he's looking at....even just a scratch behind an ear....puts my dogs at ease, and they all look forward to going to the vet!! and when one of my dogs died after emergency surgery, he cried with me, and refused to charge me for the surgery..... and their prices reflect that it's NOT all about the money!!! best vet ever!!!!!

A no-nonsense caring and professional approach to pet care. They don't waste time stroking owners egos, but concentrate on giving the best care possible for your pets, at a very reasonable price. Dr. Mitchell and staff truly love animals.

i have been using this dr for years but the past 3 times i have been there the service has been a nightmare most of the staff is rude including the dr hard to understand, they dont answer questions or anything i felt like they they treated us worse then cattle being sent to market i will never go back

I am very disappointed with this clinic. I had heard good things about them but will "never" go there again. I went there twice in 4 days to have them look at my dogs infected eye. They gave him meds and drops all the time saying he would be fine. Said it was just a scrape and was healing fine. Turns out they were very wrong and my dog had Glaucoma the whole time and has a 50% chance of loosing his eye. Had they caught it on either visit my dog likely would have been fine.
