My wife used Green's Taxi from Sept.2017 to Dec.2018 In that time she had 3 surgery's on her hip.she couldn't walk during that time and had to be transported in a wheelchair to the hospital, to the doctors and to a nursing home.The drivers and .office people were great.,always on time and very helpful.Icouldn't have done it without them

Let me start by saying that I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. We called them because we were looking for a shuttle to take guests of my wedding from the hotel where they would be staying that night to the country club where the wedding was being held so that they wouldn't have to drive. They gave us an amazing rate so at first we were thrilled. My mom called the morning of the wedding to confirm everything and let them know that the shuttle needed to be leaving the hotel no later than 315 so that our guests would not miss the ceremony. Well the driver finally showed up at the hotel at 330 and let my guests know that it was his first time driving and that he didnt even know how to open the door. One of my guests actually had to climb into the passengers seat and find the button to open the door. They finally pulled out at about 340 and my guests just barely made it to watch me get married. My mom called the next day to complain about this and the owner was literally screaming at her that with the rate she got he couldn't believe she had the nerve to call and complain and SCREAMED that she better never call there again and hung up on her. That being said...we sure wont ever call there again and we hope that nobody else does either!
