I wish I didn't have to give this company one star because it sure doesn't deserve it. Very incompetent people with an incompetent system.

Not happy with this water company at all we've been shut off 4 months in a row and it's always 2 or 3 days before the first of the month witch is payday we paid our bill 2 days ago and they still haven't turned it back on and when I called the number it's been disconnected they cut us off because of that 40$ ree connect fee that's 160$ we don't have to take care of our girls as if we don't have it rough enough already I'd dig a well if I could or go threw another water company something needs to be done about this we aren't the only ones pissed off at these crooked ass people

IT is the worst and most ill managed public water company I have ever delt with. Overchare for their service, don't respond to water problems and are nonresponsive to customer complaints. Installed a regulator at my house that didn't regulate and has busted many water lines underneath my house. Told them about it weeks ago and they still have not corrected the problem. Just a note from the meter reader "it appears you may have a water leak".
