When trying to establish my four children with Dr. Hannah, our first appointment was canceled because of an office closing and when rescheduling, I wrote down the wrong day on my calendar for the appointment (17th instead of 16th). No reminder/confirmation call or email ever came to me (the appointment was scheduled a month in advance) and when we didn't arrive on the morning of the 16th, I got a call telling me that we were no longer welcome at their office, ever. Even after apologizing and explaining that I had made an error on my calendar, I was told that my family was no longer welcome at their office. If you are a human who might make a scheduling error, this isn't the dentist for you. I've never been treated this way by a health care provider, ever!
