Both of our parents have been at Rosewood for eight months now. They were previously at a different local assisted living facility. Since at Rosewood, the necessary trips to the hospital have declined dramatically. Why? Rosewood knows how to care for the elderly. Their leadership and staff have significant experience and know how to ensure residents are cared for with a respectful, caring, well trained staff. We would give Rosewood a 10 out of 10. Let’s face it....caring for the elderly is a challenge. Some/many places hire a revolving temp staff. Rosewood carefully selects and hires people that genuinely care. Thank you Denise, Nick, Cindy and the great staff at Rosewood. We are so comforted now that our parents are with you.

Intake was absolutely terrible. Lost my mom's dentures and glasses for more than the first week. Billing has been incorrect all months except one so far (of four months). Staffing is problematic. Owner/facilitator conveyed last week that more than half a dozen employees were recently fired (and/or prosecuted) for stealing from residents. Activities person offers no physical activities - just tv time. Front door and front desk pose security risk. No follow up on complaints unless we make more complaints and most of ours are taken directly to owner/facilitator. Owner/facilitator tries to remedy issues with short cuts and band aids, e.g., replacing my mom's lost clothing with a recently deceased person's clothing without discussing any aspect of this with us. Discussions with collaborators (i.e., dentist across the street, our hospice provider) and a few other residents' families confirm our suspicions. We wanted to love this clean, brand new facility. The owner/facilitator radically over-promised and severely under-delivered We will be moving and we DO NOT recommend.
