We are new to the area and I wanted so badly to like McMurray Dry Cleaners as they are so conveniently located .... I have given them so many chances but I will not be going back. First issue was a ladies jacket I got back that very obviously had NOT been dry cleaned for whatever reason, it was in a bag, but not pressed and not clean. The staff is ALWAYS on their cell phones, to the point of being rude to customers. The staff has been rude with their snide comments as well. The last straw was being charged full price for items I brought in on 20% off Ladies Day (Thursdays) .... sorry, I just won't be back.

I will NEVER use McMurray Dry Cleaners again!!! Not only did they mess up my last order and did not repair the buttons I requested. When I stopped in their parking lot for a minute to drop my kids off at their Grandmother's house next door a lady comes running out yelling she's going to have my car towed. The parking lot was no where near full, there were no other customers there, and I don't just park there normally. I told her I will never use their services again. She yelled "I'm not the owner don't tell me!" If she had been polite I would understand, but she was very rude in front of my kids.
