I called them about a week and a half ago inquiring about digitally printing a 6ft table cloth and they said they could do it. I sent them multiple emails about it and had them in touch with my graphic designer for the pantone colors that they said they needed. Jennifer did not respond to either of our emails. So I called them the next day to see what was going on. Another lady answered the phone and handed the phone to Jennifer. Jennifer whom I had been in touch with, was very rude and replied that they could not help me with my table cloth. I then asked why and she said "Because we are very busy and do not have time for it now". She then hung up the phone before I could say anything else. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! There poor customer service makes me even wonder about the quality of their work. There are lots of screen-printing and embroidery companies out there to choose from. I would definitely go with any of them before you waste your valuable time with this company!
