I ordered a #4 and didn't realize it had mayo on it. Also the strawberry limeade was the worst I have ever had. I didn't eat the burger nor did I drink the limeade. When I came back through to ask them to correct it I was told by the horrible manager, Patsy, that she would correct the limeade but not the burger since I had eaten it, although I told her I hadn't eaten it. I dislike mayo and there was a ton of it on the burger. (for the record, the combo menu doesn't state that it comes with mayo or I would have told them to keep it) I called to talk to a more professional employee but guess who was waiting on the call??? You guessed it!! Patsy!!! (I'm guessing that this manager has gotten complaints for her horrible customer service before???) I was treated like I was looking for a free burger and what I wound up with was paying for a burger and strawberry limeade that is shortly going into the garbage!!! I have not ever been treated like that in a restaurant and certainly not by an employee who is claiming to be a manager!! Not acceptable!

Very rude Asst manager called about how was treated she hung up on me and would not answer phone servie was terrible
