I rented an airless paint gun from here that didn't work properly. No matter what you did with the settings, it sprayed too much paint, so I ended up hand rolling the entire house. When I returned the equipment, I notified the staff of the problem. I got a weird look and "it's brand new" in response. After "testing" it (on the sidewalk with water, making it impossible to see how much is actually coming out), they said "it's working like it's supposed to," which is all they'd say regardless of how many times I described the problem. Finally, after having to flat out refuse to pay full price for a faulty unit that I wasn't able to use, or return same day due to their insanely short Saturday hours, they finally discounted a whopping $20.



Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Their equipment is faulty, their staff is rude and unprofessional, and if something you rent doesn't work right, it's your fault no matter what.
