Just GO OUT OF TOWN to get what ever youre needing. Ive been waiting 2 monthes to get a clarinet reed THEY are STILL out & Still have NO IDEA of when they will recieve any! "For being the ONLY music STORE in town that sells them, I am VERY disappointed for their lack of Professional business skills in Ordering some more, theyre bad customer service. The lady that assisted me 2 monthes ago when i First went in to see about getting some, was VERY RUDE & HATEFULL & is always rude & hateful when i go up there or call to find out if they've recived any in yet. I was in the store 15 minutes before she would even acknowledge me on top of all of it!....
