I bought a Jeep Wrangler rubicon last November from here there was a chip in the windshield not sure how it got there on a new vehicle anyway took them 2 months to get new windshield for me. Since then it has been in the shop twice once for 3 weeks when it was suppose to be a one day job the next time for a month just to replace the heater core that was out. They told me it would be fixed by a Thursday which didn't happen. I told them the heater core was out an I'm guessing since I'm a woman they thought I was stupid. Katie has done nothing but lie to my husband an me both an that Gabe guy that works there I'm not sure what his job is but he's the rudest person I have ever met. They also put a dent in my fender an tried to play it off they didn't do it. They was suppose to have called me the first week of November to have that dent fixed well no call an when my husband calls Katie is never available. I will never take my vehicle here again nor will I ever purchase anything from here. They suck at customer service an their sales people dress horrible not professional. I would advise you buying your vehicle somewhere else.. Good luck to anyone needing work done on their vehicle mine still isn't fixed an now have all sorts of rattles since it came back.

Do not use this dealer for any repairs. They will not call you back - no matter how many times you try to call and find out what is happening with your car. Makes me hesitant to buy Honda again! Paid $4500 to replace a transmission - only to have the same problem occur within a month.

First of all Gabe that is a secretary is extremely rude, My car is a new 2015 jeep cherokee we've had it 2 months the transmission was stalling & lunging fwd, we took it in on a Monday & they said it was a TCM, picked it up wed took off & all our ck engine lights came on, took it back they said it needs a new transmission it would be ready next Tues...Tues turns into wed, wed turns into Thursday, my husband goes up there Thursday after being assured by Katie the manager it would be finished Thursday, Gabe comes out an says who called u an told u it was finished, an the so called manager lady won't even leave her desk to speak to him she sends Gabe this rude young kid to tell us it will be ready at midnight will u be awake at midnight? My husband says u just give me a call at midnight. Gabe has been rude to us from the start he has lied an the service manager is NO better. This place is a joke. They were quick to sell us a car but sure not to fix it. This car has about 5000 miles on it, 2 months old an we are having all these issues, we've tried to speak to the owner but he won't return our calls, we've left messages at the muskogee & mcalester dealership but he won't return our calls. How a brand new car needs a new transmission after 2 months blows my mind, isn't that why you buy a new car to not have these issues? If the transmission was recalled on this brand of car why was it on the lot? Or not fixed before you sold it to me? Don't buy from this dealership they are rude an do not care about customer service, waiting to see if they call us at midnight to pick up my car!

The worst service department I have ever dealt with!

Dropped our truck off on Monday June 2 to get it fixed! My husband told them to fix the driver side gasket manifold and guess what we get there on friday June 6 and they had the passenger side tore off! And now it's Wednesday June 11 of the next week and they still don't have it fixed, price started off at 400 and now it's at 2700.00! All because someone didn't follow instructions! Didn't even fix the side we needed fixed! This is completely ridiculous We will NEVER use these people again! Hope this dosent happen to anyone else! Good luck if u decide to take your vehicle there!

Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!

After talking with the sales manager & getting approved for the car we wanted, they raised the price 2,000 dollars without telling us I assume thinking we wouldn't notice!!!! Will take our business elsewhere. It just shows how they do business. Stay Away!!!
