After doing business for the better part of eight years, and going thru a several health issues. I found out the hard way I no longer had auto ins. When I brought this to the attn. of my agent letting this person know how I felt. This person gave me a rude wake-up-call. By letting me know in no uncertian terms. It's not the job of an insurance agent to be a babysitter........So much for these fine folks watching their bread and butters back...!! That in itself wouldn't have been all that bad. But when I first moved here I was still employed in Moore and i'd drive once a week. I had no financial ties to this area what so ever. With that said........ This agent would call me if my premium was not there before the due date so I could get it there. This service is the reason, when my NOW wife and I baught our home... I refused to go anywhere else for my insurance needs. I felt this agency in the past took very good care of me, so why change a good thing....... How I was wrong.!!! If I were to tell someone who I concider a friend........ Run as far as you can. But if I didn't like someone lol i'd still tell them to walk away... don't do it. Their is no service and most people like myself do not want to be thought of at needing a babysitter. With that said. walk softly and cary a big pen. Theirs no place for subtracting stars...Why not.!!
