I gave it a 1 because it won't let you rate it any lower. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. I wanted to rate it a minus 10. This Taco Bell always sucks. When I finally received my food which was nachos it was only 1/4 full and of course they didn't give me a receipt so I can't complain on their website.
