I have been a customer of this establishment for many years until today. I spoke with the Manager, Gabriel, to get reimbursement for a tear to my 2011 Jetta which I had just recently purchased and was in immaculate condition until they tore my leather driver's seat on Wednesday. He basically said it was wear and tear but its obvious that one of their service persons got in with something and scatched and tore the leather driver's seat. I would say nothing if it was another seat in the car but it was the seat which one of their service peson had had to seat in order to move the vehicle. So after many years of taking my whole family fleet of vehciles, I will not be returing to these place nor will I be recommending this establishement to anyone.

They left my truck very dirty from inside and out.I complained and they took an hour more to give it back,truck wasn't vacuumed well and to top it off staff was stepping on the gas to get from point A to point B. I don't even step on the gas pedal like that on my own truck.

People who are drying the car need to mind there own business

they must not want buisness!
