I have lived here for many years and find these apartments to be the best in location, price , privacy and security. The apartment manager has been here for years and that is part of the reason these apartments are as enjoyable as they are. I work long hours and there is nothing worse coming home to a complex that is trashy , unruly kids running everywhere , dogs running wild and loud neighbors. This is not the place for it. I enjoy every aspect of these apartments. Especially since I'm just a hop skip and a jump from the expressway and restaurants/stores.

The apartment complex is nice, the layouts vary and there seems to be one to suit mostly everyone's needs. The complex is gated which is a plus. The interiors have tile instead of carpet, which makes it easier to clean and don't have to worry about stains. The manager here is stern but that is a good thing, too many times residents ignore the rules or common courtesies and make the complex look nasty. It is clean, quiet, and pet friendly. Any time I've had a work request it gets fixed within the next day or 2 at the latest. It has 2 pools and a gym, though I am giving this review 4 stars because the 2nd pool is dirty and the gym equipment is not fully functional. All in all we are happy here.

Owner is very in considerate, only cares about money as demonstrated by his spontaneous increase in rent fees, which was not mentioned anywhere in our contract. Apartments have old pipes that smell, ceiling fans do not work, lights flicker on and off and floor tile is cracked and raised.
