Once again I get all the way home only to find they screwed up th order again! This is like the 6th or 7th time in the last year that they messed up my order! Pretty pathetic when you can't even make a simple order of tacos correctly. The itemized receipt was correct, what was in the bags though was not! They never seem to have a problem charging the correct amount for your order, filling the order correctly seems to be dificult for them though. Only way to fix this problem is stop going there & I would suggest everyone else do the same. Maybe that would finally teach them a leason!

In all my 30 years of living in the valley I have never had a bad tamale. Well El pato changed that for me. I ordered 2 dozen pork tamales. They only had 1 dozen. Thank god, because they were horrible!!!! so dry I can not even swallow them. And when I got them they were cold. The only reason I went there is because DALIAS was closed. I will never get tamales from El pato again. DISGUSTING!!!!!

El Pato has many locations and has become a staple for many people. The tortillas from El Pato can't be beat and if you are looking for great tacos and mexican food with fast food expediency and price, go to El Pato. You must try the guisado taco, it is very delicious and has tons of flavor.
