I called to try to get an appointment for the first time (Dec. 22, 2010) and nicely asked how long they've been in business and where they went to school and the owner was rude and hung up on me. I called back to ask why I was hung up on and was told that my questions were inappropriate. I asked what was was inappropriate and he said it didn't matter where anyone went to school and that all hairdressers were good. I informed him that I've had one too many bad haircuts and was just inquiring to see how experienced the stylist were, a legitimate question from a potential customer. I then informed him that his rudeness would cost him clients especially new ones that ask questions.
