We had planned our wedding in vegas and used express travel to book our packages. We were about 25 people in total and all our business went to them. Where things went totally wrong is trusting express travel with what they are supposed to do, which is inform you of any unexpected expenses once you get to your destination. Per family we had to pay an extra $640 once we got to our destination. I contacted the manager Sofia and let her know of how unhappy we all were with their service, she could care less as far as she was concerned we had booked and they were paid. Awful manager, very uneducated and no clue about the travel industry. Thankfully our wedding was not ruined due to this. Go with any other travel agency if you want people who actually know about travel.
