Provided by YPmobileCustomer service is last. Greyhound affiliated with Americanos busline. I cancelled my ticket from another busline because Greyhound/ Americanos leave earlier. I finished my errands early and they have a bus that leaves about two hours earlier so I wanted to switch my ticket. Rep at desk said no refunds or exchanges and I was not aware. He said its on the ticket but who reads the ticket information? He could have told me this while purchasing ticket. BEWARE!!!
