Incredibly disorganized. Was called in for "an interview" yet was not told what to bring with me. I show up, and am told by the ONE person in the office that I need my social security card and to fill out the application online or in the office. I fill out the questionnaire and application which took half an hour, then I make the 40 minute round trip to get my documents.



I return, then am told that I need to take a drug test. At the time, I'm physically unable to do so I return at an agreed upon time. I hydrate, and return only to be told to wait. I wait for an additional HOUR. I take pass the test then get told to come back another day for the job briefing.



An organized office would have informed me about everything required, what could have been done at home and what to prepare for, not bounce me around town at their whim. Needless to say, I declined the job offer.

This is a great reputable company and i can honestly say that i have been employed for 31/2 years and i love the weekly pay. I recommend Link Staffing with 10 stars if I was able to. Not only have i been employed with Link Staffing they have given my friends and family that i send jobs as well and they pay higher rates then the competitor. They have many different job oppurtunities available.

As far as not getting paid that has never happenend to me they do follow guidelines that if your not signing in properly they will not pay until it has been authorized through the client to verify person indeed worked. People that state they do not get paid probably do not follow these rules. I love working with Link.

I have been employed with LInk for over 2 years and I have never had any kind of issues with pay or office staff I have always been treated with kindness and respect form them. I highly recommend Link to any one who is unemployed. In my opinion they are the best staffing agency out there with a lot of job openings.

They never pay you on time, they make you fill out paperwork more than once, they lose paperwork with personal confidential information on it, blame each other for everything, your always on hold for a rediculous amount of time, never have seen a company sooo unprofessional and unorganized. I'm not the only link employee who feels the same... I can go on and on.point is don't work for them. If I didn't have to give then one star I wouldn't. They get a negative 5 stars.

Ive been employed with them for about 2 months now. I still haven't gotten pay for the hours ive worked. I called and they said i still needed papers to fill, so i go fill them out, and its been 2 weeks now and my balance is still zero. Oh and ive only worked once out of the the whole time being employed. I know its only 8 hours but that is money that i need and that does not belong to them.
