I have 8 guitars in my collection when I go to a music shop it's not always to look around. I wanted to try out a Martin before I bought but the guy at front register took a look at me and said no I can't touch these guitars in tone as if he were talking down to me, I brushed it off and went to fenders started playing sounded ok started singing, (not loud) in my own little corner, same guy shows up and says, "people are not aloud to sing in here" I put the guitar away told him to go screw himself and left. Awful employee. He was a skinny guy with long black hair, glasses and a cheesy mustache with gohtee.

Bought a rechargeable tuner from there that I was told was an excellent tuner. Took it home and the tuner doesn't tune half notes and battery life is about 5 to 10 minutes tops. I took it back to get a refund and the idiot at the front desk tells me first they will only exchange but not return, I asked to speak to the manager about this and the coward stood 20 feet away and asked me for a receipt, I explained to him that I have the credit card I purchased it on from two days ago but lost the reciept and he just waves his hand and said no. I wouldn't buy so much as a guitar pick from that collection of $#$%ing idiots.

VERY POOR SERVICE RUDE EMPLOYEES AND THE OWNER WORST

They have a very good selection of instruments and service is way better than the other musical stores.
