NEVER AGAIN going to this place!!! I got these $25 eyelashes and SHOULD HAVE NOT!! remember CHEAP comes at a HIGHER cost at the END!! As my friend and I decide to try these, this one lady says "you can pay today and come back tomorrow when the "specialist" comes, she's out today" THEN, the one doing my shellack says to us "I can do it". My friend and I both thought it was a great idea to try out and have them done at that moment.

WELL, WRONG! We finished both our sessions with discomfort and at night I was in pain!! I could not sleep and had, STILL, have this headache and eye strain from these EYELASHES! (My friend too). Then, today I go back at 10 am and the same lady who told me to wait till today was there and said to me "Told you, you should have waited for the specialist" REALLY? SO I asked her if this person was qualified to do such procedure... and she mumbled and said that the lady could also put them on, but that she prefers to send clients to the SPECIALIST! hum... ok! I got these $25 eyelashes removed FOLLOWED by a lot of PAIN, SERIOUSLY it was like they added HABANERO sauce to my eyes and felt like I was having convulsions from the PAIN! (The SPECIALIST was nice). I didn't bother to ask for a refund because ALL I WANTED was to have these HORRIBLE eyelash extensions off! I SERIOUSLY recommend for YOU NOT TO try THIS PLACE!! IF you do, WAIT FOR THE "SPECIALIST".

I decided to try this nail place out since I had seen it had just opened so I walked in and this lady named "Mandy" took me in but was in the biggest rush possible was extremely rude while doing my nails and besides that did a horrible job putting on my solar nails and I mean HORRIBLE! I ended up paying them and not saying much but when my husband saw my nails and told me they looked like "herman munster" nails because they were so squared they didn't bother to file them from the sides like all nail places do because she was in such hurry I decided to get back and ask for my money back they were so rude and basically told me NO and so then I asked can you atleast fix them? and she said no we can't you should of asked that before you left here if you weren't happy I was in shock of how rude and disrespectful they were being towards me being that I am a customer!!! and take in mind this place just opened they should be trying to leave a good 1st impression so that the client would leave happy and want to come back!! finally after getting into a argument with me they decided to call the owner and ended up taking off the disgusting nails and gave me my

money back.. I saw the owner walk in as they were taking off my nails and she didn't even bother to come and say anything to me. To me "customer service" comes 1st if you want your business to be successful and obviously that is something they are lacking!!! worst nail place ever save your money!! besides them being beyond rude their work was horrible!!! Take in mind I never write reviews but I was extremely shocked with this kind of service I had to write a review of how bad this place is. DON'T EVEN BOTHER.
