P.F Chang's overall-

This P.F Chang's is starting to become a usual spot for my boyfriend and I, their customer service is exponential. They are friendly, knowledgeable about their food and drinks and have a a few good characters on staff to keep you entertained while you wait for dinner.

Customer Service Excellent

I went to visit on a business trip. I ordered my food for pick up and was business as usual. Paid for my food and brought it to hotel. I found out they forgot to put the rice in with my order. I called to let them know what happened, and it was the manager who answered the phone, Josh Dittmar. He immediatly took care of the problem came by and hand delivered my rice and dessert. P. F . Chang's is the place to go no matter what city your in, but if your in McAllen I would go here.
