I had quite the ordeal when I found out that the toilet in one of our spare bathrooms (that is hardly ever used) had a small crack in its tank and it had been leaking into the floor/wall for quite some time. I panicked when I realized that my wall had rotted out. I called and spoke with Rafael and he assured me that PuroClean could take care of my issue. Shortly after this phone call, John arrived and assessed the situation. Within 72 hrs my wall was broken down, sanitized (due to the mold that had been building up), dried out and completely reconstructed to good as new condition. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, they are courteous, know what they are doing and keep their word. Two years ago when my water heated exploded I had dealt with another major restoration company in the area and it was a nightmare. They were always late and seemed to just want to make as much money out of me as possible. From here on out I will definitely call PuroClean and would not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family. If you ever find yourself needing emergency services for your home, do not hesitate to call these guys! Highly recommended A+++

I had a water loss at my home. I was under distress didn't know what to do. I called PuroClean Property Restoration Services they guided me on my water loss. They took care of my home as if it was theirs. They dealt with my Insurance company and everything was taken care of and I saw my home even better then it was. I trusted them with what was said was going to be done and I am very HAPPY to say they delivered what was agreed upon and being that my husband was out of town it was nice to know there is a Company I could count on. had a medium sized fire damage in my kitchen.. i got referred to the "leading All Valley Restoration" and the guy who came in to do the quote had no clue what he was talking about and was so unprofessional, i got referred to puro clean by a friend and they came in very professional gave me good a good quote and gave me details on the damage and how it will be fixed as soon as possible . i highly recommend this company great and VERY professional people.
