I was so sad to see my sister go at the age of 51, and I am extremely mad to have received the service we did. Rivera funeral home did a terrible job. First and foremost, I was horrified to see my sister with no make-up and her undergarment was put on incorrectly that it made her look deformed. Her flower arrangement was still at the other office. It took them over thee hours to fix these problems. There was no toilet paper, no water, and a ton of technical problems. When it was time to pick up the ashes they were not there. They made some phone calls and we had to go to the other facility to pick them up. Once there they still needed to make more phone calls to locate the ashes.



We will NEVER use Rivera's again.
