They don't even deserve one star! DO NOT ORDER from this flower shop!!! They are unprofessional, rude and they never answered the phone!! My flowers were never delivered. So much for Valentine flowers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Worst experience ever, and still didn't get the arrangement. After calling numerous times for over two hours it was finally determined that they had chosen to not make the arrangement because the delivery was to far. The first phone call started with my request to pick the flowers up, they told me the driver would be at my home in an hour. Not once did the stories stay the same. In the end no flowers on valentines day.
