I went to the McAllen store today, the staff was very helpful and I found some great products to buy, the prices were fantastic. The overall experience was pleasant and I will shop there again!

I called this place thinking they believed in helping others I was wrong seems to me if you don't have something of great value to donate that they can make a profit off of they won't bother coming to your home. I called them cause I have a very large box of clothing to donate plus a few other trash bags full of clothing and boxes of shoes and stuffed animals and purses many things that dont fit in my car that i wanted to give ,well the receptionist clearly informed me that they wouldn't come to get my stuff if I didn't have any furniture to donate as well. Instead of listening she pretended I wasn't even there and proceeded to read some script she had and didn't let me get a word through then she hung up on me so I called and again she hung up on me but not before saying it wasn't her problem and gave me the store hours so if I ever found anyone to take my "junk" as she called it I would be informed. Wow will never go there to donate.
