i clicked one star because it said click a star to rate it. it doesn't even deserve the one star. i rented a room here in december of 08, and went out to do some shopping. when i came back my curtains were open, and the window was also opened, giving view and access to all of our personal belongings. when called the front desk right away, Noe told me if i didn't like it i could get a refund and go stay somewhere else. the manager (Tony) called about 5 minutes later and had the same attitude. all he did was apologize for their "mistake" as he categorized it--but never offered me any kind of discount, or other and also never asked if anything was missing or said he would talk with the housekeeper. kinda the...i could care less attitude...

when i decided to leave and go somewhere else, i called and told noe that I would be leaving and wanted a refund. he said that was fine. a minute later he calls back and says he can't refund me anything.

they also give you a paper saying...you understand that any personal items missing in the room is not the responsibility of the hotel, there are safes available at the front desk for securing your belongings.

Now, lets see...you are away from home, and need a place to stay-- somewhere safe, for you and your belongings, and you're looking for a motel that offers just that.....do yourself a favor, don't rent here.
