The worst experience I have ever received. I am a Cardiovascular Ultrasound Technician and an MA for 25 years and the service my father, who is 97 year old man received was so poor. These people have no regard or compassion for the elderly. Yvonne, Anna, and all of them would hang up on me and or act as if they could not hear me when I would call. They did that so they would not answer my questions as to why the Physician's orders were not follow through. I finally got fed up and cancel everything with them and move my dad to another medical supply company that care enough and are making an effort to meet the needs of a 97 year old who has terminal Prostate Cancer that has metastasized to the bones. Shame on them, they should not be working in the healthcare profession.
