Venus med spa has the best quality service. There staff attends to every need needed and show great performance in there work skills. I wouldn't go to any other spa apart from Venus they have great promotions and also greet you with a smile. There spa is very relaxing and you feel right at home. I BELIEVE that everyone should come to Venus and get services!!!

I love Venus Med Spa! Very friendly staff and excellent services. They offer plenty of services and I love that the spa has lots of space and very clean areas. I love the monthly newsletters letting us know of the new services offered and special deals. I especially love the $25 laser specials! :)

LOVE VENUS! The aestheticians are so professional and always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They are always attentive and offer great new deals and specials every month. They provide clients with the newest technology and procedures available that no other spa in the valley offers. I have been to other Medical Spa's before but Venus is by far the Best at providing the complete Spa experience. The Spa is always very clean, relaxing, a great way to treat yourself. I recommend Venus to all my friends and family.

Kinda sorry that I have to agree with ladyfi regarding lack of welcoming atmosphere.



The staff is relaxed, but unapproachable. Too busy talking amongst eachother. If you are a customer, you do not exist. Yes, you don't expect to be buddy-buddy with a business, but you expect for anyone to make Eye contact with you.



The only upside (which I gave a star for) to my first appointment was that there were literally no customers at the time I came so I got into my appointment within 10 mins.



My first visit: I walk in to my appt 7 mins early. One--of the two at the desk--asks me if I have an appointment; I tell her yes and my name. After confirming my appointment, the other standing beside me, tells me she'll show me in; says she'll be back with a gown and walks out; handed me the gown; asked if I had any deodorant on/shaved; and I was done with my procedure in about 8 mins.



Then she asks whether it's my first time and tells me I'll have papers to fill at the front desk. I change and walk myself to the desk, where she asks me if I am [insert wrong name], right?



--- As I'm writing, some of the things I didn't initial since they didn't apply (like being explained expectations for my next appointment). Meanwhile, one person comes in...the second walks out from waiting for the first to be helped by the one receptionist ---



I finish, and the tech that did my procedure looks it over and tells me I have some initials missing and hands me back the clipboard without the pen. She turns back to a second receptionist that's arrived, asks her whether it's her pen, shrugs, and places it back into the holder, and continues talking. ...I grab for the pen and ask my questions seeing as it's my first time and they might have their own procedures different from online sites. The first receptionist gave me simple instructions, and I grabbed my things and walked out (usually stores call out a thank you for coming/have a nice day, but. They were talking. You do not exist.) Unfortunately, they've already got your money, and I would like to finish my year. Thankfully, I already know to expect nothing but to quickly go in and out like a food-processor--unless they are talking, then expect some delay. -- And if you want to know about my 8-min procedure, the hair laser will mild-moderately hurt like multiple plucks -- So yeaa..it was an okay experience.

The WORST EVER BEWARE! This is definitely the worst I have been to and I will never be back. I have a credit there and I refuse to go back to use. The people are very unprofessional. I have an appointment for a facial at 10 and I waited 15 minutes and asked for water and the receptionist said she was sorry they were out. After 20 minutes I told I was going to the store to buy some and she told me not leave. It's 10:30 now and I'm still waiting. I waited until 10:45 and decided to leave, the receptionist asks if I would like to reschedule and I say NO! I find out later that my cousin was having a facial done right before me at 9 and they took her in at 9:30 meaning the ignorant receptionist knew that they were already running late and wouldnt even let me go buy myself some to drink. The stupid facialist knowing she is already 30 minutes behind decides to add 15 minutes to her already 30 minute late schedule. DON'T WAIT YOUR MONEY THERE.
