Walmart stores in Texas generally have gone downhill so it wasn't a surprise when I stop by a local store dubbed "The Dirty Jackson" out of convenience...Well, convenience was all it had going for it. The store employees hang outside the entrance doors smoking cigarettes at night, the store is unclean, employees are unfriendly and rude and of course, the produce section needs a face lift. I would like to post a photograph I took, but I see that's not an option here. The most recent incident was two nights ago, I go to grab a bag of oranges priced over $6 and get mold and juice all over my hand. This store needs to be up graded, the employees re-trained in customer service, the store needs to be deep cleaned, and products need to be kept orderly and fresh. A large majority of Americans have asthma so employees should NOT be outside the front doors, on the benches smoking. It drafts all the way through the entrance and past where the carts are held. That is NOT family friendly! I'm not sure if anything will be done about this and many issues within this location, but it's worth submitting my experience. I have been to this store about 15 times and this is my overall viewpoint. I cannot allow myself to give in to the convenience of Walmart location and hours and will have to make HEB my store.
