We had a flat tire some 40 miles away, late on a Sunday afternoon. Dave, the owner came out and picked up the bike and took us back to McCall. They hooked us up with a room at a discounted rate two blocks from their shop. It was 8:00 PM by the time we got back to the shop. We needed a tire which he had in stock for our BMW LT. It is a odd tire, usually only dealers stock it, so we were surprised he had it.

Dave told us he would replace the tire first thing in the morning. His wife was so very nice and had offered us food and drinks. We declined as we were tired from a long day and instead went to our room. Dave's wife insisted she ride us over even though it was so close to the shop. At 8:30 am the next morning, we got a call and the bike was done. They decided to do the replacement Sunday night so we could continue on our trip. We can not tell you how happy we were with the service we got from this shop. If you are stuck anywhere near McCall Idaho, this is the place to go. They made a breakdown into a positive experience. McCall is a super cool , MUST SEE... town too. We did not leave there till after lunch and the people at the Super 8 motel treated us like kings too. Thanks to these guys, we lost no time on our vacation.
