Very bad customer service and communication. They give you a 4 hr delivery time frame and no phone call for at least half hr ahead, which meant you have to wait at home for 4 hr without knowing whether next minute they will knock at your door! Horrible! Have to cancel and return the sofa I order from overstock.com. What was worse was I kept calling to let them know my cell phone, but they never call back to the right phone number and then they just confirmed the delivery schedule by leaving msg to an unknown number.
