My experience at Kia of Mccomb was one of the best I have ever had at any car dealership.. Cindy was amazing.. She listened to everything I had to say and did everything she possible could to send me home in the vehicle I wanted... I will be recommending Kia of Mccomb to everyone I see or know that is looking for a car... Cindy went above and beyond what she could do to help me... Definitively a 5 star dealership and Cindy is definitely a 5 star salesman... Thanks Kia

I was passing through when I began to have fuel pump issues. I barely made it into the dealership and Kenny Cantrell was the first to greet me. He said he would get to it and if I wanted to be shuttled to a restaurant for lunch they would gladly take me. I arrived back and Kenny told me what was going on with the car and it would take 2 hours to get it done. I waited in the lobby and was offered free snacks and drinks several times. I was able to use the free wi-fi there to pass the time. Kenny alerted me to a recall on an item to my car and they would be fixing that at no charge. Once complete Kenny and Amber walked me through all that had been done and to let them know if I had any issues as I was 600 miles from home. I am so appreciative of Kenny and his team getting me back on the road and truly making me feel at home. There is nothing they could have done better, from the free snacks and drinks to the test driving of the car to be sure all is well. I now consider this my dealership!
